Walking frame and shower wheelchair

The A-wareness Foundation recently made a donation to GSVA, a swimming club where people with disabilities can enjoy taking part in sport. Thanks to this contribution, GSVA was able to purchase a new walking frame and a shower wheelchair.

The club is run entirely by volunteers and offers its swimmers not only sport, but also friendship, exercise and self-confidence. The old equipment was in urgent need of replacement — and thanks to this donation, the swimmers can get back in the water safely!
